I’m a Lecturer at the School of Architecture and Urban Design, RMIT University Australia. My current research focuses on the economic significance of various urban settings. Before joining the teaching team at RMIT, I taught and researched at The University of Melbourne and Phuong Dong University (Vietnam). I have nearly 15 years of experience practising architecture and urban design in Vietnam, China and Australia. My research interests are informal urbanism, space syntax, urban morphology, building typology, smart cities, and the Asia-Pacific region. Some of my research findings have appeared in well-regarded international journals and peer-reviewed books.
