Elisabetta Crovara

I’m a PhD student at the School of Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at University of Melbourne, with a background combining experiences in academic research, communication design, and digital content creation. I started my PhD in November 2018, as part of ARC Future Fellowship grant investigating how the rise of digital technologies is transforming Australia’s cities and regional areas. Broadly, I’m interested in everyday work-life geographies, mobility studies, care and emotional labour, and feminist research methodologies. Specifically, my research explores how collaborative places of work, such as co-working spaces, and new forms of work, such as remote work, are affecting people’s everyday habits, mobilities and wellbeing in regional Victoria, Australia.
