Chetna Kuanr

I am a PhD Student in Sociology at Northeastern University, USA. I hold M.A degrees in International Relations from The University of Chicago, and in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a B.A. in Economics from University of Delhi. My research focuses on examining the relationship between spatial and social belonging to understand social movements on land dispossession. More broadly, I am interested in theorizing geographies of dispossession in North America and South Asia.
